Orders are packaged with care and ship from New York CIty within 3-5 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included.

Domestic delivery within the US typically takes 2-6 business days; international shipping times vary widely and can take 7-21 days depending on country. During peak seasons like Christmas, please allow an extra 2-3 days processing time.

For time-sensitive orders, please leave a note within the input field labeled "Order special instructions" in your cart before you place your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you. You also have the option of choosing a more expedited shipping option if you need your items more quickly.

Of course! We are happy to enclose a custom note with any order. Before checking out, please mention that the order is a gift and your special message within the input field labeled "Order special instructions". We will make sure to not include an invoice just in case the items are shipping directly to the final recipient.

If you receive a damaged item, please send an email to orders@raisukeikdesigns.com within 5 business days of receipt of the item. Please attach a photo of the damaged product and specify if you would like a refund, merchandise credit, or a replacement.

The fabric for our kitchen towels and pouches are printed in the USA, and then sewn in small batches locally within New York City.

Our gift wrap paper, gift tags, & non Risograph greeting cards are printed in the USA.
